The LGBTQIA+ 101 Module in the Talent Portal. This 101 training will provide you with the language and tools to support our LGBTQIA+ students in MMSD and become a better ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. Additionally, as part of the district Race & Equity professional development scope, this training provides information around LGBTQIA+ equity, as well as honoring the intersectional identities of our black and brown students. This module should take 53 minutes.
