The Writing Center is up and running! The Writing Center is a place where ALL students can come to get support and help with their writing no matter the content or task. Students will have the opportunity to work 1-on-1 in a Breakout Room with peer tutors to work on anything from brainstorming their topic to revising & editing. The Writing Center will run every Thursday from 12-1. Students can join a Zoom call to have peer tutors support them with their writing. Writing Center Meeting Link

MSCR Virtual Homework Club is a place for students to find additional support and guidance with classwork and tutors are happy to set up virtual meetings with students to make sure they not only complete their homework on time but also strengthen skills and maximize learning in any subject. Homework club takes place on Mondays and Fridays from 4:00-6:00pm with additional tutoring opportunities based upon the students and tutors availability. Students who would like to sign up for tutoring and academic support should complete the Homework Club Interest Google Form. Escalera is also providing academic support, workshops and field trips on careers, higher education, community leadership and cultural identity on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00pm.
