The Madison Panthers’ baseball team has been working very hard over the course of the last month to prepare for the start of their season. Practices began on February 26th where the team reunited with their coach for the season, Coach Love, to start expanding their skills.

This year, the Panthers began their season on March 15th, 2024 with an away game against Jamestown at 5 PM resulting in an unfortunate loss of 1-13. Later, the Panthers competed against South Shelby for the first home game of the season on March 19th. Later in the week, on the 21st, the Panthers were matched up against the Higbee Tigers for another home competition. To conclude the March match-ups, the Panthers played Community R-6 at home on March 29th at 5 PM.

The Panthers will play again on Thursday, April 4th, 2024 at Pilot Grove, and again on April 9th at Salisbury. Make sure to show your support for our Panthers and cheer them on as they move forward in the season!
