During normal browsing you may receive a gray box where you expected an image, video, or interactive content. You may also see a blocked message in Chrome's menubar.
This is due to the Flash plugin being blocked. To resolve this, follow these steps.
Click the lock or not secure button next to the URL of the website you are visiting in the Chrome menubar, then click site settings.
Scroll down the list of options until you find Flash. Change the dropdown menu from Blocked to Allow. Close the tab when finished.
