Adjusting Screen Resolution

Tip: Some testing applications will throw an error if the screen resolution of the Chromebook is less than 1366 x 768. Follow the steps below to reset the resolution of the device and resolve this.

STEP 1: Press CTRL+SHIFT+0 all together.

This should reset the screen resolution for your Chromebook. Once clicked, try the program again and see if the issue still persists. If it does, please continue to the next step.

STEP 2: Open System Settings

Open the system tray and click the settings gear at the top right.

STEP 3: Go To Display Settings

Click Device on the left side of the window and click Display.

STEP 4: Adjust Resolution to Native

Adjust the slider for Display size so it is one tick to the right of "Tiny" or when the resolution noted on the left says (Native).
