It is with great pleasure and pride that I reach out to you today to express my profound appreciation for the remarkable community we are privileged to be a part of. Our school district stands as a beacon of excellence, supported by dedicated parents and a community that consistently goes above and beyond in championing the success of our students.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Damien Smith, and alongside my wonderful wife Ashley, we are fortunate parents to five incredible children. Together, we revel in the joys of spending quality time outdoors, engaging in activities such as camping, fishing, and hunting. These moments not only strengthen our family bonds but also instill in us a deep appreciation for the beauty and richness of our natural surroundings.

As active members of this community, we take immense pride in witnessing our children's participation in school activities and athletics. Their enthusiasm and dedication serve as a testament to the supportive environment cultivated within our school district and community.

As the Superintendent, I am wholeheartedly committed to serving the best interests of our students, staff, and the patrons of our community. With this commitment in mind, I have identified several key priorities that will guide my efforts:
