UFCW Northern California Meat JAC 

We are a 2 year apprenticeship program teaching the skills of learning to cut beef, poultry and pork. We also teach management skills and supermarket math. You will have CPR AID and first aid training. We are Union you will be working under a Union contract which give union wages and benefits.
