Del Monte Electric is a Union Electrical Contractor. We employ contractors out of all IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) locals in the Bay Area. Each local has an apprenticeship program that trains in a combination of in class training and on the job training. We work on large commercial projects giving apprentices experience and training in working on job sites such as schools and hospitals.

Available Apprenticeship Programs: Each IBEW Local has a JATC (Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee) that offers apprenticeship training. We work closely with the union and can speak to (and about) the apprenticeship program from the side that hires the apprentices.
