The Mason Development Center provides apprenticeship training for the Bricklayers and Allied Crafts Local 3. Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers local 3 has 5 exclusive apprenticeship programs in Brick, Tile, Marble, Terrazzo and PCC Restoration and these programs are the only place you can be state certified for these crafts in Northern California.

Programs feature earn while you learn careers at zero cost to the participant. Apprentices' skills and wages increase during training of approximately 2.5 - 3.5 years before achieving their Journeyman Certification. Apprentices learn from some of the best craftworkers in Northern California leading to fulfilling careers in the masonry industry.
