Goal
To understand the feedback module and how you can use it to give and receive both positive and developmental feedback
Objective
Explain what makes effective feedback, Identify where it is best used and what it can achieve. Structure your positive and developmental feedback using the EEC module. Deliver effective feedback to your team with an increased level of confidence and empathy. Plan your next steps and how to take this back to your team and everyday interactions . Outcome- Be confident in delivering effective feedback and understanding how to be a better receiver of feedback and how to use feedback to develop and grow

Coaching
Goal
To deliver coaching more successfully and with increased confidence through having stronger, more structured conversations.
Objective
Learn to perfect Communication and Feedback by using a model called OSKAR to guide and lead your team to identify where they want to be and what steps they need to take to get there. You will support your team in identifying their ambitions, then breaking down how to get there, and how/when you need to support them.
Outcome- To feel confident in using the OSKAR module to coach and lead your team to success.

Collaboration
Goal
Collaboration is something that you can learn with practice and development, the aim of this course is to give you some ideas about how to do that and show you why it is worth the effort .
Objective
To understand the importance of collaborating with your team and with other departments and how to be aware of yourself when working with other people. How you can use collaboration to better communicate and be a stronger leader. Creativity in collaboration- using existing resources in a different way.
Outcome- Getting you to a place where you feel ready to Collaborate.
Leadership
Goal
Understanding what makes a great leader and how you can become one
Objective
Understanding past influences and what can you build on, what are your current strengths and blindspots, what does a day in the life of a great leader look like and how can you practice those traits.
Outcome- Leading other through great conversations and engaging with other people to inspire, direct and collaborate

Difficult Conversation
Goal
How to be more confident in conversations you do not want to have
Objective
Practice makes perfect, we will review key messages from communication, feedback and coaching and practice how to use these skills in conversations that can be more challenging. Whether it is the person your are delivering the message to, or the message itself.
Outcome- Tackle difficult conversations head on with prep, confidence and the ability to lead the conversation to the needed outcome.

Trust
Goal
Learn to build trust with-in your team and how to gain trust from your team
Objective
Understanding the elements that create trust, how to make yourself more trustworthy and how not having trust in a team can be a block in achieving something great.
Outcome- How to take away small improvement points which will build or rebuild trust

Time Management
Goal
To understand where your time goes and how you can manage your time better
Objective
Learn and understand how to "eat that frog" to organize your day to get the big tasks done first, not get sucked into emails and schedule your day out better to ensure you get your tasks done. How to prioritize and work more effectively .
Outcome
Stop feeling like you do not have enough time to complete your tasks, how to organize and prioritize your time to make sure you achieve your goals

Training Skills
Goal
Become a better Trainer and presenter. Objective- To learn how to have the confidence you need to be an engaging presenter. How to make sure you visuals, tone, body language and activities ensure your learners will take away vital information.
Outcome
To feel more confident in how to organize a training session, meeting, review etc. and how to use your communication skills to engage your audience.
*Be ready to practice your presentation skills in front of your peers! This is a 2 day session and you must attend both days
MBTI
MBTI Group
This is a session that will help you begin to understand MBTI- you will explore what each letter pair means and work within teams of similar and opposite types to understand what your 4 letter combination means to you and the people around you
*Need to take the assessment through Miche first!
This is a one to one session where we will go through your reported 4 letter type. We will understand what the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is, what your 4 letters mean, and how you can use this knowledge to communication better, organize yourself and to just understand why you do things the way you do. It will also allow you to understand some of your stresses and why communication or collaborating may be difficult sometimes.
*Need to take the assessment through Miche first!
MBTI 1
This is a one to one session where we will go through your reported 4 letter type. We will understand what the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is, what your 4 letters mean, and how you can use this knowledge to communication better, organize yourself and to just understand why you do things the way you do. It will also allow you to understand some of your stresses and why communication or collaborating may be difficult sometimes.
*Need to take the assessment through Miche first!
MBTI 2
This is a one to one session where we will go through your report more in-depth. We will dive further into each letter and understand where your preference lay and how you can use this knowledge to develop yourself further and how you can use the knowledge of your MBTI type to better communication, make decisions, plan and even interact with the world around you.
*Need to go through MBTI 1 first and have taken the Type 2 Assessment
