The Casual Sales Ambassador is arguably the most important position in the store! Their main role is to provide excellent service to our our customers and be the expert in all things Lush. The foundation to any position in the store is to first be a great Sales Ambassador!
Junior Supervisors support the Manager and Trainee to run the sales floor in their absence. They have already mastered the Sales Ambassador role and are ready for more responsibility. They are leaders who are required to act as the Manager on duty, support the team, and ensure the customer experience is 5 star!
The Trainee Manager helps support the Manager in leading the team to success! They have mastered selling, floor leading as a Supervisor, and manage more responsibilities in the shop. They are the Shop Manager's right hand support and cover the Manager's duties in their absence.
The Shop Manager is the leader of all leaders! They help guide and support the team and drive their store to success. The Shop Manager is responsible for the team's development & wellbeing, as well as the day to day operations of running a store.
