Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares analyzed data, statistics, and performance reports as inputs to the University's strategic/development plans and annual operation plan;
Reviews and analyze key PAPs to determine relevance, value and consistency to the over-all thrust and mandate of the University;
Responsible for the data gathering and the preparation of periodic reports on the progress of the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the PAPs of the University based on its targets as per its strategic/development plans.
Provides the summary/analysis of data/information necessary for proposed policy intervention based on the overall finding of the M&E.
Ensures the availability accurate and updated information and/or data as input to managment decision;
Recommends a strategy for the equitable distribution of critical resources of the University (e.g. personnel, spaces, facilities, learning materials) based on summary and consolidation of human, financial, capital resource requirements of campuses/operating units for management decision;
Ensures the timely preparation and finalization of the University's Annual Reports;
Ensures compliance of the University as to the requirements of different monitoring and regulatory agencies of the of the national government, such as DBM, CHED, and all requirements of the CSC related to the effective implementation of the Strategic Performance System (SPMS) of the University;
Perform other related tasks that may be directed by higher authorities from time to time.
