Under the direct supervision of the University President, the Planning and Development Office:
Facilitates the crafting and development of the University's strategic plan and disseminates the same to the functional areas.
Consolidates the plans of the different campuses to develop cohesive development plans.
Takes charge in the evaluation of the performance of the university against the targets of a fiscal year.
Monitors and evaluates the development plans and projects of the University.
Conducts the initial performance assessment of the various offices of the University based on the submitted and approved Office Performance Commitment and Review Form.
Conducts university performance planning and review conference annually.
Ensures the establishment, and maintenance of a databank or management information system for Planning and Development purposes.
Prepares, collects and consolidates documents for submission to other agencies such as CHED, DBM, NEDA, RDC, and others.
Establishes active linkages with local and international agencies, academic institutions, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), businesses and industries.
Finalizes the land-use development and infrastructure plan for the university in coordination with all the end-users.
