Planning and Development Office

Under the direct supervision of the University President, the Planning and Development Office:

• Facilitates the crafting and development of the University's strategic plan and disseminates the same to the functional areas.

• Consolidates the plans of the different campuses to develop cohesive development plans.

• Takes charge in the evaluation of the performance of the university against the targets of a fiscal year.

• Monitors and evaluates the development plans and projects of the University.

• Conducts the initial performance assessment of the various offices of the University based on the submitted and approved Office Performance Commitment and Review Form.

• Conducts university performance planning and  review conference annually.

• Ensures the establishment, and maintenance of a databank or management information system for Planning and Development purposes.

• Prepares, collects and consolidates documents for submission to other agencies such as CHED, DBM, NEDA, RDC, and others.

• Establishes active linkages with local and international agencies, academic institutions, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), businesses and industries.

• Finalizes the land-use development and infrastructure plan for the university in coordination with all the end-users.
