At EPIC Campus, students design and built many unique computer science projects. Check out a few things our students have been working on!
A Raspberry Pi-powered sandcrawler robot controlled via a wired NES controller. The robot uses motors for movement, and its can be turned via the left and right arrow keys, while the a and b buttons control the speed of the motors.
Our project is a robot that automatically waters a small house plant. Our robot can do this by sensing the moisture of the soil. If the soil is too dry the plant gets watered.
Come race the musical pi-ano stairs in the East building of EPIC Campus!
At Retro Game Design summer camp in 2024, EPIC students designed and programmed their own 2D video games. Some are brand new takes on classic games, while some are totally original.
Students designed and built a thermometer to monitor the temperature in the server room. Other students continue to expand the custom views that display the current temperature.
