This course explores the field of data science and how it relates to machine learning and artificial intelligence. Students will use real-world data to answer research questions and machine learning models to make predictions about the data. Topics will include the collection, cleaning, and manipulation of data. Students will also learn how artificial intelligence models intersect with data science and explore real-world examples. Software Engineering (EPIC) is the recommended prerequisite.
For more information about credits, view the course catalog.
