A little bit about

Mrs. Westhaver

I grew up in Shelburne Falls, MA, and received my degree in Music Education from Ithaca College in 1993.

I have worked with musicians of all ages, from 3-90!

I have taught in 4 different states (MA, NY, SC, and UT) and 2 countries (the US and the UK)

I have taught chorus, music history, drama, art, general music, and PE.

I have directed 8 full-length Broadway musicals at the high school level and have starred in a few community productions too. (in case you are wondering: Sally in Cabaret, Ado Annie in Oklahoma!, Tzeitel in Fiddler On the Roof, Nancy in Oliver!)

I like to design and decorate cakes, mess around in my flower beds, travel to new places (the picture above is from a trip my sister and I took to Iceland!), play trivia games, paddle my kayak, and relax in my hammock. Oh, and I have a weakness for ice cream!

I have two children, Peter and Zac, and one cat named Sophie and we all live together just a little way from Wolf Swamp Road School.
