Individual Service Projects
To do this, you must create, participate in and complete an individual service project (approx. 2 - 4 hours). This may be done independently or as part of a group.
For example, your soccer team might hold a canned food drive. For this to be your individual service project, you do far more than bring a can. You help run or direct the drive.
Service years run from May 1st to the following April 30th.

Be sure to get this filled out AND get a picture of yourself in action. Submit the photo to the indicated Google Classroom assignment.
Once you have completed the service, bring the signed form to Mrs. Juster in room 21.
