Special Topic: Illness Training Guidelines and Skin Health
Anyone NOT feeling well should NOT attend training and should notify us.
Any athlete diagnosed with Covid-19 will need to adhere to the current recommendations.
All necessary items for hygiene will be accessible for each athlete.
It will be recommended that athletes wash hands and immediately go home to shower and change clothes after training to prevent skin infection and sickness.
Athletes must bring their own water bottles, towels and items should not be shared. A water bottle filler will be available in the gym lobby.
Any Athlete that feels more comfortable training in a mask should do so. Masks will be available for those who request one.
No personal listening devices allowed! ( air pods ) Athletes must be engaged and alert to coaching cues.
