Objective(s): By the end of the week students will use the triceps and calf skinfold measurement technique to evaluate Percent Body Fat (%BF) and use the Body Mass Index (BMI) equation to evaluate BMI based on the Fitnessgram Performance Standards as evident by data, calculations, and evaluations on their data sheet.
