If you are having trouble with the functionality of your device, please reach out to a technician through Incident IQ, our online helpdesk application. Parents can submit tickets for students by following these directions. In addition, you can call our helpdesk line at 973-535-8000 extension 2941.


Students in Grades 6 through 12 can enter in their own help desk tickets using their Google username and password and parents of students in Grades K to 5 can assist their child or enter in a help desk ticket using the student’s Google username and password as well.
