Programme development is the process a school engages in to strengthen the implementation of an IB programme or programmes(s) in their school.

During the evaluation process, a school is asked to provide evidence for an aspect of the programme that the school has developed during the period under review. The school shares the planning, implementation, analysis and reflection on the programme development efforts undertaken.
