Within the Education and Training Pathway students learn to lead other students and understand the needs and responsibilities required to become a teacher within public schools. Students interact with diverse cultures and will be provided the opportunity to understand the importance of diversity within educational fields.

· Develop an historical base of activity contributions to present day education.

· Family life cycle of growth areas.

· Field-Based internship providing background knowledge of developmental stages of life.

· Field-Based internship with direct supervision with group activities.

· Prepare instructional materials, assist with record keeping, make physical arrangements and complete other teaching responsibilities.
