Personalized Professional Learning

Anything new technology-wise is provided by IT personnel.

There are announcements made through school broadcast channels regarding IMC activities and materials.

Lessons include Internet safety.

Lessons and library skills are provided at the elementary level.

Professional development is available through meetings at CESA 12, SLATE, WEMTA, Life Skills, and counseling conferences.

The IMC has study halls and classes each day but the space is sufficient to handle other students.

Areas that would benefit from being strengthened:

• The opportunity for more interaction with other teaching staff supporting classroom and library skills, team teaching.

• Improved opportunity for sharing of information with staff.

• More time devoted to IMC responsibilities.

• Providing an updated webpage.
