Welcome to the Nuvita CorSync Coaching App!

All of your resources are located under the Challenges section at the top of your dashboard. This is where you will see your weekly summary of your challenge activity. Make sure you set up your app, including uploading a profile picture so our staff can put a face with a name. :)

NOTE: You will not see all 17 resources in your app all at once. We continue rolling content out throughout the challenge.

PREVIEW OF HOW TO GET CHALLENGE MATERIALS:

Take Progress Photos with the CorSync App
Do NOT take your 1ST "BEFORE PHOTOS" UNTIL MONDAY, which is the first official day of the challenge.

TIPS:

You need to "Allow Camera Access" to use the camera inside the app.
You cannot take progress photos from your camera roll. You have to take them LIVE with your app open.
You need to have wifi or cell service to take and store photos in the app.

Tracking Body Measurements with the CorSync App

Food Tracking with CorSync App

TIPS:

You need to "Allow Camera Access" to use the camera inside the app.
You can take food pics anytime and upload them later. Photos are TIMESTAMPED which means they only load to the day the photo was taken.
You need to have wifi or cell service to take and store photos in the app.
