This is where we will post and update helpful tips to help you troubleshoot common questions.
Make sure all Permissions are enabled in your phone's Settings. Check Settings on your phone, select the NuvitaCorSync application, and check that all Permissions are enabled. BLACK SCREEN? You just need to enable camera. Settings > CorSync > Camera ON.
Saving photos in CorSync requires an internet connection. The save will time out if the internet connection isn't very good. Are you sure you have a good internet connection where you were taking the photos? Could you maybe try them again? If it doesn't let you save, can you try moving to a different location where there might be a better internet connection, then just tap the Save again.
When you tap Nutrition in the CorSync app, you must leave the day selector at the top of the screen set to today. You cannot change to a different day of the week to take a photo. If you change to a different day, the icons to take a photo are not shown.
Photos save for same date and time taken. If you tap the film roll to upload a picture that you previously took with your phone’s camera, that photo will save for the same date/time as when it was taken, it will not save for some other day.
Phone must run new software. Phone must be at least an Android version 6 (nutrition won’t work on 5) or iPhone iOS version 11.
Tap SAVE. When you take the first photo “Front”, then you can either tap Save to save it, or you must take all 4 of the remaining photos. Don’t forget to tap SAVE after taking all 5 photos, otherwise it won’t be saved.
Check your connection to cellular data or Wi-Fi. Check If you are taking the photos in an area where your phone's wifi/data connection isn't very strong, you can try moving to a better spot after you take the photos and before you tap Save, to see if that helps.
