Whether you are working out with us in the gym or working out with us from home, you are required to do a 3 Lift workouts a week (reserve classes in your zenplanner member app or follow along online in the app). We encourage you to add more cardio and activity in between workouts. *You also will have access to home workouts in case you get stuck at home or on the road and don't have access to a gym.
Your goal is to do at least 1300 MEPS a month (continue reading to know what MEPS are)
