Visit the Student Enrollment page for information on registering your child for LHISD schools.
In the "Required Documents" section of the enrollment form, upload the most recent 504 plan, IEP meeting, Full Individual Evaluation(FIE), and any other special education records for the student. This is helpful in implementing the student's services quickly, as it may take up to 10 school days to obtain documents from external districts.
In the additional district forms section, the "New Student Information" form will request further information on the student's prior enrollments in special education programs and services.
