Liberty Hill ISD is committed to providing quality care for all our students.
If your student becomes ill during the school day, your student should request a pass from their teacher to see the nurse.
If it is determined that your student should go home, our nurse, Chelsea Corning, will contact the parent/guardian on file.
Students who become ill during the school day must go to the nurse's office PRIOR to contacting their parent. Please wait for the nurse to contact you before coming to pick up your student. If a student checks out 'sick' without seeing the nurse, the absence will not be excused.
