Teacher Leader Institute 

Whom is this Institute designed for? 

Any teacher that wants to learn and grow in the area of leadership. This is an opportunity to learn skills that are important for teacher leaders. 

What will be covered?

Accepted applicants will have an opportunity to learn more about the Los Fresnos CISD Profile of a Leader. Each session will include hands on learning activities that align with a specific competency within the Profile of a Leader. 

How will this help me? 

This Institute will give you the skills needed to not only be a leader in your current role, but also prepare you for additional leadership positions within Los Fresnos CISD. 

When will these sessions be offered? 

The Institute will be four half day sessions throughout the school year. In addition, it will include job embedded learning and coaching opportunities.
