Aspiring Campus Leader Academy

Whom is this Institute designed for? 

Any staff member that currently holds or will complete their Principal certification by June 2026 and aspires to the role of Assistant Principal, Dean of Instruction, or Instructional Officer. 

What will be covered? 

Accepted applicants will have an opportunity to elevate their educational leadership skills and prepare for the impactful role of Assistant Principal, Dean of Instruction, or Instructional Officer at Los Fresnos CISD.  The Academy will include hands-on learning activities aligned to the Los Fresnos CISD Profile of a Leader. 

How will this help me? 

This Academy will give you the skills needed to not only be a leader in your current role, but also prepare you for a future leadership role in Los Fresnos CISD.

When will these sessions be offered?

The Academy shall follow a schedule to run concurrent with the 2025-2026 school year.
