*Talk in your small groups: What would be an encouraging note to you?
*What would not really be an encouragement, even if it was positive?
*Write some examples of positive notes that are specific on the board. Remember that you should be as specific as possible.

*Please take this time to write a thoughtful note and put it in two of your peers' pockets.
Let's talk about how we are switching the lens on ourselves as learners and as future educators. We are taking a more active role as leaders and viewing the world through the eyes of educators during this course. (9:55-10:00)
*Take some time to write a note to a teacher, preferably a teacher you have already. Write a few positive notes if you have time.
