The Senate attendance policy, as in accordance to Bill 1-15, requires all Student Senators to attend all meetings with the reprieve of:

4 Excused Absences (Absences of items previously scheduled and/or reported to the Secretary minimum 24 hours before date of the absence)

1 Un-Excused Absence (Absences of items which either do not fall under emergency, nor were scheduled, nor were reported to the Secretary)

This of course does not entail absolute emergencies, which may receive separate absences that do not count towards either of the above categories. Senators with athletic or otherwise commitments which forbid them from may also recieve a reprieve under Secretarial discretion. [The clause of athletic or otherwise commitments reprieve not exist in Bill 1-15, but will be considered policy at the moment]
Senators will also be provided with adequate warning of their absence record, with notification upon the point of 2 excused absences, and 4 excused absences.
If a Senator fails to comply with the underlined attendance policies, they will be immediately and effectively discharged of their office.
