Practice will begin on Monday, March 18.

~ Practice Schedule - Monday through Friday 2:50 - 4:20
If there is a half-day or no school, there is no practice.
Every athlete should attempt to be at every practice.
The more you train, the better your results will be!
~ Physical - Each runner must have an updated physical on file with the school nurse
(dated within the last 13 months).
~ Meet Schedule – Please click on 'SCHEDULE' at the top right of this page.
~ User Fee – 7th & 8th graders - $150; 6th graders - $125
6th graders only go to home meets.
~ Uniform - Each team member must purchase a team jersey from Tricon Sports online store.

$22.00 per shirt. Pricing includes shipping.
Those who have participated in XC or track at Diamond in the past may use their old jerseys.
~ Parents - Arrangements must be made to pick up your son or daughter at the end of every practice. If they are allowed to walk home, please send in a note. Practices end at 4:20.
