Despite the pandemic, the Massachusetts DPH will NOT accept physicals via telehealth for winter sports participation.

  • All teams will participate in a 6 game interscholastic schedule during the Spring season

  • All Middle School Games and Meets will be played on Friday afternoons.

  • Lexington will compete against one school in all sports for a two week period to limit contact and exposure and to also help with contract tracing should it be needed at any point during the season.

  • There will be no school-provided transportation provided to games, meets or matches in Lexington or in other communities. Families must provide transportation to games and meets on Fridays.

  • Most teams will practice 3-5 days per week throughout the Spring Season. Practice times and days are still being determined.

  • Attendance at all practices and games will be strictly monitored. Every participating student-athlete will be required to answer 5 questions relative to COVID screening with their coach before the start of every practice and game during the 2021 Spring Season.

  • The Spring 2021 online athletic registration process will begin on Monday, April 12th and will close Wednesday, April 21st.
