Practice will begin Tuesday, September 3rd

Practice Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:50 - 4:20pm

If there is a half-day or no school, there is no practice.

Every athlete should attempt to be at every practice. The more you train, the better your results will be! With that being said, it is requested that those wishing to join cross country make at least 3 practices a week. If there are any schedule conflicts, please bring them to Mr. O'Brien's attention as soon as possible.

Registration - Every athlete must be registered before attending practice. 

Registration link can be found at the top of the Diamond Athletics webpage.

Physical - Each runner must have an updated physical on file with the school nurse 

(dated 8/3/23 or after).

Meet Schedule - The schedule can be seem by clicking on the 'Schedule' tab at the top of this page.  

User Fee - 7th and 8th graders - $150. 6th graders - $125. 

6th graders will only compete at home meets. 

All user fee payments will be made available ONLINE in late September.   

~ Uniform - Each team member must purchase a team jersey from Tricon Sports online store.

$22.00 per shirt. Pricing includes shipping.

 Those who have participated in XC or track at Diamond in the past may use their old jerseys.

Parents: Arrangements must be made to pick up your son or daughter at the end of every practice. If they are allowed to walk home, please send in a note. Practices end at 4:20pm.
