■ Group 1: July 26 (Fri.) - July 30 (Tue.), 2024
■ Group 2: August 18 (Sun.) - August 22 (Thu.), 2024
(Three nights at a deserted island, Kamashima, and one night at Shimoden Hotel)
Registration Period
■ Registration Period: May 20 (Mon.) 20:00-21:00 (JST)
(Once capacity is reached, registrations will be placed on a waiting list.)
Capacity: 70 for each Group
Minimum number of participants: 50 for each Group
Camp Staff
The organizer LEX/Hippo Family Club’s Staff and Outdoor Activity Experts are responsible for the management of this program, including food, and materials for activities during this program. Designated “LEX/Hippo Fellows” will be the counselors and instructors for youth participants.
Participants
★Individual participation: A 4th-grade elementary student and older (Please make sure that you can take care of your personal matters by yourself.)
★Family participation: 4 years old and older (A 3rd-grade elementary student and younger must be accompanied by an adult older than a college student.)
★International Students / People and Non-Hippo Family Club Members are all welcome!★
Don’t worry if you don’t speak Japanese or English well! Please feel free to contact us.
Transportation
The program fees do not include transportation.
Participants will meet in Okayama on the afternoon of the first day and the program will end on the morning of the last day.
Details will be sent to participants by email after the registration.
※Considering the safety, participants are obliged to inform us of their round trip routes in advance. Please fill in the designated form. In principle, it is not allowed to change the schedule (late arrival, etc.) due to personal reasons.
★To use a private car★
Please arrive at Shimoden Hotel by 11:30 on the first day.

★To use public transportation★
Please arrive at JR Kojima station between 10:00 and 11:00 on the first day.
On the last day, the program will end by 10:00. Please use a train that leaves JR Kojima station after 11:00.

※Program fees include : accommodation and meals (4 nights and 11 meals), part of program costs (material, facility usage, equipment usage, etc.), miscellaneous costs, etc.
※Activities may be canceled due to bad weather conditions. Please note that program fees are not refundable.
※Transportation costs are not included.
※All prices include the 10% consumer tax.
※Associate member of Hippo Family Club is applicable "non-member price".
※Those who have been delinquent in the Hippo Family Club membership fee for more than 2 months will be accepted after payment of the membership fee.
Cancellation Policy
➀20 - 8 days before the Camp：20% of program fees
➁7 - 2 days before the Camp：30% of program fees
③1 day before the Camp：40% of program fees
④On the day of the Camp : 100% of program fees
※Office hours 10:00 - 17:00 JST（Cancel on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be processed and confirmed only on the following business day.）
