LOW CELL NUMBERS
LeviCell’s ability to successfully process samples with low cell numbers and recover maximum cell numbers without altering the cells biological profile makes it a perfect tool for rescuing precious samples with low cell numbers, which are common for nearly all primary or clinical samples.
LOW VIABILITY
LeviCell’s uniquely gentle process for separating cells based on their intrinsic properties prevents processing-induced changes to the cells. LeviCell also eliminates the need to use antibody labeling or dye-based sample clean-up methods that have limitations ranging from cell activation to excess cell loss due to false-positive detection of dead or dying cells (which is the case with Annexin V-based methods).

LARGE CELL SAMPLES
Because of its simplified flow path having a large (min 700µm) aperture, the LeviCell Cartridge accommodates samples with cellular and multicellular components up to 350µm in diameter, making it compatible with cells or organoids up to ~400µm in diameter. LeviCell’s uniquely gentle cell separation leaves large cells and organoids intact and unaltered.
COMPLEX SAMPLES
After successful dissociation of the solid tissue, LeviCell enriches viable cells and/or viable target cells while removing debris from the sample. While other technologies use filters or are only able to selectively remove dead cells, the LeviCell combines both of these and removes debris further purifying the viable cell fraction in one easy step.
