The LeviCell Experiment Manager is the software tool used to operate the LeviCell System. It comes preinstalled on the LeviCell Computer and interfaces with the LeviCell instrument. Various protocols are preloaded in the software that enables small, medium (standard), large cell sizes to be levitated. 

The Experiment Analyzer is designed to work with data image files obtained from the LeviCell System. This software is compatible with any Windows 10 or 11 PC Computer. 

The LeviCell EOS Manager is the control software preloaded on the control PC for the LeviCell EOS System. Intuitively designed, it can run up to 4 EOS modules simultaneously. The user will be guided stepwise through the run setup process and is able to visualize the entire separation channel for each sample run in pseudo real time.  Through this imaging capture, meaningful data & sample characterization can occur upstream of any additional downstream analysis

The LeviMetrics software will provide the capability to gain valuable knowledge into their samples prior to downstream analysis. This can influence the ability to make go, no-go decisions for advancing to next steps. Empowered by the LeviCell optical system, including two fluorescent channels, analytical measurements for cell counting, sample quality assessment, debris calculations and even morphological metrics can be characterized.
