We use ARBOR for communications, booking school dinners and school-led clubs and for payments for trips and workshops.
Getting started - Log into the Parent Portal and the Arbor App
We have set up an account for you. To finish creating your account you just need to set a password. Your username is the email address we've sent this email to.
Go to https://login.arbor.sc and click Forgot your password? to finish setting up your account.
There is also a "Quicklink" to ARBOR set up - and this is accessed from QUICKLINKS, at the top right of any page on our site.

Ordering Meals: Parents will be able to choose their child’s meal in advance on either the Arbor parent portal or App. Detailed instructions on how to order and pay for meals can be found here.
Booking Clubs: This feature is only for teacher led clubs (external clubs such as Kiko will need to be booked directly with the provider). A teacher led club will only show on your dashboard if your child qualifies to attend i.e. is in the year group for which the club is being offered and there are spaces available. Booking and paying for trips: As is the current process you will receive a letter informing you of a trip for your child. To confirm your child’s space and pay for the trip on Arbor can be done using this guide.
Parent Consultations: This feature will only be live when there is a parent teacher meeting to be booked. The detailed guide on how to book parents evening can be found here.
