On the third Friday of the month we hold three training sessions covering over ten modules on LegalServer. Each onboarding agency should plan on attending at least one full Features Tour and are invited to attend more than one. This training is appropriate to both admins and front end users. If you have a comprehensive onboard, you will discuss the topics covered in the feature tour as part of your weekly meetings. We can answer any questions, and make any changes you need on these modules.
As a limited onboard, you have the choice of how to spend the hours allocated in your contract. While we generally focus on the case-related features (Intake, Recording Actions on a Case as well as Closings and Outcomes) we can discuss the topics in the features tour if there is interest and allocated time.
