There are many additional modules outside of our standard set of modules that you can purchase and have enabled on your site. A full list of these modules is available at the link below. You can purchase these modules at any time during your on-boarding process or after. Your on-boarding contact will confirm any additional modules you have purchased as part of your original contract and will work with you to implement these or any subsequently purchased modules during the on-boarding process. Depending on the complexity of the module and proximity of the purchase to your go live, we may suggest that you wait to implement the feature until you have gone live.
There may be times during the on-boarding process or after you go live when you may want a feature or a change to a feature LegalServer does not offer. Typically, this is additional development and an additional expense. Once you have identified the need, your on-boarding contact will help you scope out the precise need. We will submit an estimate ticket for our developer, and discuss the estimate with your team. If you choose to go ahead, we will provide a change order followed by an invoice. When we receive the invoiced amount, we will schedule the development. The feature or change to the feature will be pushed to your demo site first, and will become available on your live site with the next scheduled update.
