Scholastic Summer Reading Program

K-5

Grades K - 5

(incoming 1-6 grades)

We continue to work to provide learning opportunities for our students. During the summer, we know that many students have the potential to regress academically; therefore, we are excited to offer free scholastic books and provide families an opportunity to engage with a state certified educator via weekly Microsoft Teams sessions and lessons.

Books will be sent home the last 2 weeks of school.

Each week, students will be given a reading schedule based on the scholastic books they receive from their school. Starting the week of June 11th, optional reading Microsoft Teams sessions are also available:

June 11th - July 18th

Holiday June 19th and July 4th

Tuesday and Thursday Session Options (book discussion):

10:00-10:30 a.m. and 11:00-11:30 a.m.
