All people in our schools and community will understand, value and protect the environment.
The Environmental Education Program will provide instruction, resources and experiences that empower the students and staff of Lee County Schools as they learn about their environment.
The goals of the Environmental Education Program are to provide the instruction, resources, training and experiences that enable students and staff to protect the environment as they learn to understand and value it. The Environmental Education Program assists the district in the accomplishment of its goal to ensure that all students are successful learners by incorporating reading, writing, math, science and other content areas into all environmental education experiences.
