Learning Tree Elementary School is rolling out our virtual learning platform March 30-31--Learning Tree Online! Please read & follow instructions carefully to help this transition run as smoothly as possible. We are in this together and are here to help!

Schedule for First Days of Online School

Monday - March 30

Classroom Materials Handed Out

1) PICK UP SUPPLIES AT SCHOOL

READ & FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

At the designated time, parents will drive through under the school's portico and pick up materials for doing school at home.
- Please stay in your vehicle for curbside service.
- While you are waiting in you car, Mrs. Brown will hand you a disinfected packet and/or laptop and any other supplies that may be needed for school at home.
Please come for pick up at the designated time if possible. If you have a sibling in other classrooms, you may pick up their supplies at the same time you pick up supplies for the younger ones.

2) PARENTS AND STUDENTS JOIN INTRODUCTION TO LEARNING TREE ONLINE AT 2 PM USING ZOOM MEETING

We recommend that your family logs in together on the same device for this meeting, however, you can log in individually as well.

Parents & Students Click on the Zoom Meeting Link Below and follow the instructions. You will possibly enter a waiting room if you enter early. Upon entry, you will be muted. If you join with video, we will be able to see you and you will be able to see us.

3) OVERVIEW LEARNING TREE ONLINE WEBSITE

Students should log into their computers and review the Learning Tree Online site to prepare for a quiz about the site info on Tuesday. Also, please take time to review this week's assignments on your Online Classroom and Assignments page.

The main task for Tuesday will be to follow the daily schedule for your class and to get used to logging into the Zoom classrooms.

The teachers and secretary will be available via email, chat, text, and phone to assist in this process. Given the volume of calls that we may experience during roll out, please try texting our cell phone prior to calling. We will return calls and texts as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!
