A positivity board is posted in the school where any student can get involved. The board includes sticky notes and pens in which students can write positive messages or thoughts for other students to take with them throughout the day. Students will leave a sticky note on the board for another to take off and keep. This is to make students aware that there are others who do care and that they are loved, as well as just spread kindness!
Located beside the positivity board is the program information board. This board contains important information as to what the program is and its purpose. The information board includes many quotes about mental health from different people and has flyers that promote the program to students and inform them that the program exists for the student body. Each flyer has a QR code students can scan to either access the program website, presentation sign-up, or the peer sign-up form.Â
Make sure to check out both boards located by the library and nurse's office, and if you want, take a picture with it to promote teen mental health awareness!
