Symptoms: Disproportionate stress, inability to set aside, worry, and restlessness.
Symptoms: Prolonged feelings of sadness and loss of interest, a range of behavioral and physical symptoms. These include changes in sleep, appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behavior, and self-esteem. Suicidal thoughts and actions are also common symptoms. Isolation is also an evident sign of depression.
Symptoms: Poor body image, raised social awareness, mental health problems, and a negative mood (Living with someone with an eating disorder). They may also be visiting therapy (Psychologist, Dietician).

Manic symptoms: Intense happiness or silliness, Short temper, irritability having a quick tongue, and racing thoughts. Inflated sense of ability, recklessness, or poor judgment.
Depressive symptoms: Sad or hopeless, feeling lonely or isolated, over or under-eating, having little interest in normal activities, and oversleeping.
