Collaborative Culture

What is this?

A collaborative culture invites all stakeholders to ask questions, share ideas, and solve problems. Feedback is actively sought and used to improve the system and student learning.

Why is this important?

Learning is enhanced and strengthened through collaboration with others. A collaborative culture provides the opportunity to gain new insights and deepen understanding; develops shared ownership of processes and content; and promotes trust, respect, and interdependence.

What does this look like?

  • Intentionally planned opportunities for collaboration
  • Clearly defined roles and structures to support collaboration
  • Variety of feedback loops
