Course Offerings

There are 8 periods in the school day.  All students take 4 core classes (Language Arts, Math, Science, & Social Studies), an elective, a physical activity class (PE, Pre-Athletics, or Dance), an academic elective (Extensions, QUEST, or Dual Language Elective), and Lunch.

Students will automatically be enrolled in Math, Science, Social Studies, and Advanced Language Arts. Pace Math students will automatically be placed into 6th grade Pace Math.  If you are interested in advancing in Math, please contact your elementary counselor for more information.  For the “academic elective,” students are placed in either QUEST, Extensions, or Dual Language depending on their current placement in elementary.
