QUESTION: My case is broken/lost/doesn't zip or has a hole in it. Can I get another one?
ANSWER: No, LISD provides one case per student and we don't have extras. The MLISD handbook states this. See Below:
What’s Not Covered with the non-refundable security deposit?
The following items are not covered under the non-refundable security deposit:
• Intentional mistreatment or vandalism
• Cosmetic damage
• Repair or maintenance of any items not provided with the device when it was originally handed out
• Replacement of any ancillary items such as the case
• Loss of any data contained on the device
QUESTION: I forgot to charge my laptop can I borrow one for today? If not can I borrow a charger?
ANSWER: No, FPMS does not have extra devices or chargers to borrow. However there are a few charging stations in the library for student use.
