CPMS Clinic
The end of the school year is near! If your student has medication(s) in the clinic, they will need to be picked up during the last week of school. ALL medications must be picked up by the last day of school BEFORE 2pm. The last day of school is May 24 and it is an early release day. Any meds that are not picked up by this time will be disposed of. To schedule a pick up time, please email Nurse Leslie at leslie.desjardin@leanderisd.org.

Medications and Links
Please, all OTC medication must be in a new bottle, never used.
Please, no mixing of Rx medications: meaning pouring Rx meds into old/new bottles, so on.
1st doses of any medication are NOT IDEAL to be given in the school setting. Commonly this is seen with antibiotics and new scheduled meds. This is for their safety.
Please limit 30 to 60 day supplies of scheduled daily medications, especially controlled medications. We do have to count these, and this helps with clinic efficiency. Timeliness is a part of campus safety.

6th Grade Students under 12 years old must have the Physician Health Care Provider Section signed for Adult Over The Counter medications (IE- Tylenol Extra Strength, Ibuprofen Tablets), not the Non Prescription Section. They will need to indicate the dosage and the frequencies, as well.
Stay aware and awesome!
